Finding words for something we are still coming to understand.
Sometimes I need to speak slowly to find out what I am trying to say. I recognise that hesitation in this face’s uneven eyes: something draws closer and something holds back. The words are still searching for their shape. The figure holds on to that small effort to convey to someone else something I am still coming to understand myself.
